Tour Kalaty's Latest Collection and Line Extension Debuts at Las Vegas Market

LAS VEGAS -- During the summer edition of Las Vegas Market, Kalaty presented market-goers with a range of new area rug introductions, adding not only new collections but growing some of its best-selling lineups.

Among the new introductions was Kalaty's innovative Reflections, which expands the company's Wash-Ables series and is a machine-washable wool collection with multi-texture tonal geometric motifs. In addition, Kalaty is seeing success with its natural pure silk area rugs and doubles down on the fiber, Mike Kalaty told RugNews.com. Following the introduction of Drift, Piazza and Prato, Kalaty expands its pure silk lineup with Lydian, which debuted in Las Vegas. 


Kalaty clients continue to seek out not only updated traditional designs in fashion-forward palettes, but abstract styles and more tonal geometric motifs also are in demand. For example, the company's high-end hand-finished machine-woven Blooma and Ventura collection, two popular collections from the Kalaty Luxe-Weave series, address both style trends with Blooma offering updated traditional looks while Ventura features modern designs. Both received several fresh styles at summer market. The company's trending color palettes include tonal neutrals, earth tones and soft greens, as well as color rich jewel tones.

AMALFI COLLECTION


Kalaty grows its Amalfi collection adding AF1297, hand-knotted in premium hand-spun wool with zero pile.

Blooma, power-loomed using premium wool yarns and Kalaty's proprietary Luxe-Weave process, 
sees fresh designs debuting at summer market including BM1424. Rugs receive extensive hand-finishing
details.

GENESIS COLLECTION


Kalaty presents the new soft and plush Genesis collection of modern transitional designs, hand-knotted
from premium hand-spun wool yarns, in trending neutral palettes. Shown, left, GS1710 and right, GS1711

LIMA COLLECTION


Kalaty's recently introduced Lima collection, hand-knotted of premium hand-spun wool, can't keep its 
LA1510 in citrus green/multi in stock as buyers continue to snap up the green-hued Oushak-inspired design.

LYDIAN COLLECTION


Kalaty expands its pure silk lineup with Lydian, a collection of contemporary patterns, hand-knotted of

OMEGA COLLECTION


Kalaty introduces the Omega collection of contemporary abstract designs, hand-knotted with premium
hand-spun wool yarns.
