NEW YORK -- Surya continues to invest heavily in its Livabliss brand, which caters to national retailers and e-commerce buyers attending this week’s New York Home Fashions Market.

In fact, Surya turned over all previous product in the showroom, offering an all-new selection of Livabliss designs, which continue to push the boundaries of what is achievable in the machine-made category, including the value-driven side.

"We are featuring all new product throughout the showroom with great perceived value pushing what is cutting-edge in the rug world -- even on the promotional side," said Brandon Culpepper, senior vice president, mass merchant sales. Surya's product offering for the large national retailers and e-commerce platforms was rolled out under the Livabliss label in the spring of 2024.

Among the highlights is the Patricia lineup, crafted of space-dyed polyester, cross woven, featuring 48 colors. "This is a cutting edge collection featuring 48 colors and can retail under $299 in a 5x8," Culpepper explained of the updated traditional designs in both bold saturated hues and more neutral designs with pops of accent colors.

more transitional neutral styles.

Another high-end look that gets reworked for the mass channel, while still retaining Surya’s design and quality standards are the new Carver and Nash collections. Carver offers three different yarn textures to achieve dimensional updated traditional and contemporary patterns with a lush hand. Nash is constructed to replicate the look of hand-woven natural fiber rugs with over-tuft details in tonal earthy shades of brown.

"At Surya Inc, we are constantly innovating to meet the evolving needs of our customers," said Satya Tiwari, Surya Inc. president. "Our product team has been dedicated to developing rug qualities that reflect current trends in color and texture, while also offering exceptional value. We understand the growing demand to provide consumers with the fashion-forward designs they expect from us, and we’ve made them more accessible through our Livabliss brand."
