ACWORTH, Ga. -- Jaipur Living adds 15 new designs across several existing collections in handmade and power-loomed categories, including new hand-woven looks in collaboration with designer Barclay Butera.

The summer 2022 releases are on show during the Atlanta Market at a soft opening of Jaipur's new Atlanta Studio, which is expected to open officially on Aug. 3, located at 1800 Cherokee Pkwy. in Acworth.

“We are thrilled to see our Atlanta Market attendees again and to show off our new studio in Acworth. There’s plenty of meeting space and it’s a great opportunity to see our beautiful summer introductions,” said Teresa Roberts, director of national sales. “As a bonus, it’s a break from the hustle and bustle of market and a chance for customers to gather their thoughts on the ride from Atlanta and back,” she said.

HANDMADE INTRODUCTIONS

Inspired by hand-knotted Afghani textiles, the Keoka collection adds new hand-knotted wool looks. Shown, KEO03

Jaipur adds new designs to some of its popular hand-made collections. Among them is the handwoven Amity collection with clean, contemporary appeal. The line is made of a fiber-dyed wool and durable PET blend designed to stand up to high-traffic areas. Also gaining fresh styles is the Keoka collection, inspired by Afghani hand-knotted textiles. These rugs are hand-knotted from 100 percent hand-carded wool, and the additional style features a plush, dimensional pile and subtle pattern. The hand-tufted Lineage collection, with its modern interpretation of African and Moroccan motifs, is crafted from wool and cotton in neutral tones. In addition, the rug maker introduced a neutral ivory colorway to its Strada collection, with a ridged wool pile that is handwoven of wool from undyed yarn.

Jaipur also grows its program alongside renowned designer Barclay Butera, who first collaborated with Jaipur in 2020. His latest addition, Oxford by Barclay, debuts three designs that are a handwoven of natural, undyed polyester and wool. “My new Jaipur collection of rugs are glamourous and elegant, but also extremely versatile for any room in the home,” Butera said, “What I love the most about my collections with Jaipur Living is they can be used in traditional, contemporary and transitional projects alike."
