Dallas Market Center Announced as Sponsor of the 2026 Kips Bay Decorator Show House in Dallas

DALLAS – Dallas Market Center (DMC) was named as a sponsor of the 2026 Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas, supporting 20 designers as they transform the historic estate at 2999 Turtle Creek Boulevard. The sponsorship reflects DMC’s ongoing investment in the people and organizations that shape design in the community.

Since its Dallas debut in 2020, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House has grown into one of the region's premier design events, an extension of the legendary New York showcase that has inspired the industry for decades. Now entering its seventh year, the 2026 Show House returns with an entirely new group of designers and a completely reimagined home. An opening day preview takes place Friday, November 13, followed by a public opening on Saturday, November 14, with the Show House open through Sunday, December 6.

Proceeds support the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club, which serves more than 14,000 young people across the Bronx, along with two Dallas-based organizations: Dwell with Dignity, which creates inspiring and nurturing homes for families facing homelessness and poverty, and The Crystal Charity Ball, a cornerstone Dallas institution supporting children's charities throughout Dallas County. Together, these organizations further a shared mission of transforming lives through design, service, and philanthropy.

"Supporting the Kips Bay Decorator Show House is a natural extension of what we do every day at Dallas Market Center: creating space for designers to do their best work and be recognized for it," said Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. "This community thrives when we invest in it together, and we're proud to support the Show House and everyone who brings it to life this year."

“Part of the magic of the Show House is handing designers the keys and seeing where their imaginations take them,” said Daniel Quintero, executive director of Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “This year, they have more of the property to play with, new spaces to discover, and the freedom to make each one entirely their own. And with this being our final year at Turtle Creek, we couldn’t ask for a more exciting group to bring the house to life. We can’t wait for visitors to see what they’ve dreamed up.”

Two of this year's participating firms, Coco & Dash and Fonde Interiors, are also members of DMC's inaugural Design Ambassador Program, launched to connect, inspire, and support the design community. The year-long program brings together six leading Dallas-based firms — Burkle Creative, Coco & Dash, Fonde Interiors, Maestri, Pulp Design Studios, and Yates Desygn — who collaborate with DMC and its showrooms on vignettes styled entirely with pieces sourced from the DMC campus. With Coco & Dash and Fonde Interiors' participation this year, all six Design Ambassador firms have now designed for the Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas.

Four of the six Ambassadors have already unveiled their vignettes at Dallas Market Center: Coco & Dash debuted its installation alongside Pulp Design Studios during the June Total Home & Gift Market, and Burkle Creative and Yates Desygn revealed theirs during Dallas Design Week, held September 15–17. The remaining Ambassadors will debut their vignettes over the coming months, continuing a year of collaboration between DMC and some of the city's most respected design talent.
