HAROUNIAN RUGS INTERNATIONAL (HRI)

HRI, Faberge FG-2
HRI's Carlton collection proved a 2025 standout with design 30 in ivory the top choice with designers and retailers. These rugs are cross woven on Wilton looms from Pakistan in fine Gazni wool, finished by hand, and washed. "This is the first machine-made collection offered by HRI in its 60 years of business. It was one of our biggest launch successes due to its great colorations, unique construction, price point and value," said HRI’s Greg Jordt.
Other favorites include Faberge, design FG-2 soft sepia, hand knotted in a tight low-profile pile of fine New Zealand wool. "Faberge was one of our best-selling collections in 2025 -- it capitalizes on the continuing growth in consumer demand for traditional vintage looks in on-trend colors, knotted in a high-end construction."
"The Charlotte collection has been one of our top-selling collections over the past several years, and the 2025 addition of CA-67 in charcoal/ivory underscored the growing demand for high-end contemporary on-trend abstracts knotted in premium quality fibers."
KALATY

Kalaty, Umbria US-118
"Over the course of the past year, we have seen growth across all categories, weaves and styles,” said company spokesman Ariel Kalaty.
Among the favorites is the 100 percent premium wool hand-knotted Lima collection, which experienced "an early uptick in sales that can be attributed to its colors and updated-traditional styling," he noted. “A great example is our borderless Lima collection rug (LA1510) with its modern citrus-green background color that’s enhanced by traditional Oushak-style floral motifs featuring a range of modern fashion colors.”
The company's hand-finished Luxe-Weave machine-woven rugs proved another success, with the Ventura collection being an especially good seller. Kalaty's100 percent New Zealand wool VN1393 rug, with its hand-carved contemporary abstract pattern in popular modern gray tones mixed with neutrals, "has sold well due to its stylish modern look as well as for its price point."
"Blue rugs are always among our bestsellers, and in our K-two category Umbria US-118 rug has sold well. There’s always an audience for vintage-looking blues, and this hand-knotted 100 percent wool design checks all of the boxes when it comes to great design, color and price point."
LOLOI

Loloi, Heritage HER-01
"This has been a year of unpredictable challenges, but also hard work and real progress," said Cyrus Loloi, principal. "This year alone, Loloi introduced two new collaboration partners, 54 pieces of wall art, 64 new rug collections, 198 new pillows, and hundreds of one-of-a-kind pieces. Our team also grew to more than 750 employees across Dallas, our showrooms, and our warehouses. As we look ahead to the new year, we’ve been thinking a lot about what holds us all together—craft, care, collaboration, and the relationships we build along the way—this is what we plan to focus on next year."
The company's best-selling collections include Heritage and Granada. "Heritage is a groundbreaking collection introduced in 2024 using a completely new machine-made construction that emulates a vintage handmade look. It’s been an instant best seller since it launched," Loloi said. The hand-knotted Granada collection, featuring updated traditional patterns in a modern palette, was introduced in 2025 and was also an instant winner. "We’re focused on keeping this one in stock," Loloi noted.

The company's indoor-outdoor Aloha collection was once again a top seller. "Customers love its durability, easy-care construction, and cheerful patterns. The versatility to use these rugs year-round has made this collection a consistent favorite," she continued.
Nourison Home's Rustic Textures collection performed strongly due to its soft neutral palettes and approachable modern abstract patterns. The Colorado collection’s clean lines and hand-tufted texture in natural tones made that lineup a 2025 favorite as well.
ORIENTAL WEAVERS

OW, Acacia aca07
"2025 was a year defined by solid demand, but consumers were exceptionally value-conscious," said Andy Brumlow, OW USA president. "Performance constructions, soft textures, and approachable price points drove the strongest results. The space-dyed wool and nylon blend is woven in Egypt on an Axminster loom and features incorporated cotton fringe.

SURYA

Surya, Indiana iai2303-810
"Our rug category performed well in 2025, supported by disciplined planning and a portfolio closely aligned with customer needs across a broad range of segments," said Satya Tiwari, Surya president. "That strong foundation positions us well as we look ahead to 2026.”
At Surya the new hand-knotted Agra collection, with an MSRP 6x9 $4,050, offers a softly aged color story and intricate traditional patterns. “Debuting with strong inventory at fall High Point Market, Agra quickly became a top seller for its unmistakable balance of authenticity and accessibility. Its timeworn palette, heirloom-inspired motifs, and exceptional craftsmanship resonated with designers seeking heritage artistry that integrates seamlessly into modern projects," Tiwari noted.
Surya's Savannah collection is hand knotted of wool and features tonal neutral traditional motifs with an MSRP in 6x9 of $2,170. "Savannah’s popularity stems from its blend of subtle pattern, dimensional high-low texture, and a palette that spans from airy neutrals to deeper, earthy hues. Its tone-on-tone approach creates a foundation that designers can build on with ease."
The hand-knotted Indiana collection of understated linear and geometric patterns resonated with designers seeking a rug to anchor a room. "Its grounded tonal range and soft, near-solid aesthetic align with the shift toward quieter, more versatile foundations that let furnishings and texture take the lead."
