Congress is currently considering a fifth round of major legislation to help small businesses and to stimulate the economy in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Bipartisan, bicameral leadership from the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives are currently negotiating various proposals that will address PPP loan forgiveness, expand what a PPP loan can be used to pay for, provide tax credits to offset the costs of providing personal protection equipment, create new long-term low-cost loan programs, and provide other needed aid for small businesses and the economy. This will impact you directly and you can have a voice in these discussions.

Industry support and input, says the WFCA, are a vital component of WFCA’s strategy to ensure Congress approves assistance programs that actually work for our industry. Emails from constituents can have a significant impact.
