Surya's Livabliss label presents dozens of high-fashion rugs at NY market including the new vintage Oushak-
inspired Northfeild lineup.
NEW YORK -- Surya Rugs continues to aggressively target big box, mass merchant and e-commerce buyers with its latest Livabliss introductions, which included high-fashion area rugs and dozens of new scatters and mats in a range of innovative constructions for New York Home Textiles Market, March 23-26.
"We've evolved in scatters and mats offering unique value in smaller sizes," Brandon Culpepper told RugNews.com at market. "We are creating standalone small sizes and doing fashion in everything from scatters to utility mats. "This ties into lots of unique constructions and elevated backings, including memory foam.
"One of our key focuses at mass is on offering the best value and innovative qualities," he concluded.

Featuring a range of constructions and backing options, Livabliss by Surya introduces its newest fashion-forward
scatters and mats for New York Market.
Within Livabliss' area rug debuts for spring market, the strategy is similar and Surya introduces a range of new collections that showcase interesting textures and designs that mimic handmade rugs to inject plenty of value at an exceptional price. Two collections that illustrate that ethos of high value at an unbeatable price are Arden Field and Northfield. Arden Field is machine-woven of polyester and shrink polyester, with a soft inviting hand and textured motifs in both abstract and traditional designs. These elevated heavy rugs are cross-woven and have an incorporated fringe.
Livabliss from Surya rolls out Arden Field, a collection of textured high-low cross-woven abstract and traditional patterns,
for shoppers in New York.
Another market-favorite, Northfield, is woven of chenille polyester, offering machine-made Oushak designs with a vintage zero-pile construction and artisan-style whip stitch edges that imparts the look and feel of an oxidized wool hand-knotted rug. The collection features warm neutral-colored updated traditional designs, which remain a client favorite.
Buyers are able to browse the new assortment in both scatters, mats and rugs at Surya's 230 Fifth Ave. showroom 1503.
