ICFF and several area rug showrooms across NYC present their latest innovative contemporary area rugs.
NEW YORK -- Established New York area rug stalwarts, many with several awards under their belts, are joined by a roster of labels that might be unfamiliar to many American architects and interior designers walking the aisles at the 2025 ICFF.
The annual contemporary furnishings fair and the co-located Wanted Design, a springboard for emerging global design brands, was dripping with creativity as returning exhibitors such as JD Staron, Nasiri Carpets, Tibetano and Warp & Weft introduced new luxurious collections for attendees to review. Some participants, including the French contemporary furnishings brand Ligne Roset, returned after a hiatus, and several area rug players — both domestic and international — made a market debut. These newcomers brought a fresh spirit to the event and each has a unique story to tell and a select vision for the craft of rug making.
