NEW YORK -- Oriental Weavers will showcase hundreds of new area rug collections in a broad range of trend-driven qualities for big box and mass merchants shopping its spacious showroom located at 260 Fifth Ave., on floors 11 and 12.

In fact, most of the company's 12th floor showroom will feature brand new rug designs and OW is optimistic heading into [ to] the first half or 2024. Jonathan Witt, president OW USA, told RugNews.com, "Sales in the upper-middle, and higher-end of the business are steady. Consumers don't expect to keep their rug more than three to five years, so for many it's time for them to switch up."

Among the anticipated top choices at the Oriental Weaver's showroom are the new Atlantis collection, offering a textural construction power-loomed of polypropylene with a shrink polyester. This high-low lineup, with a super soft hand, includes a broad range of designs from textured traditionals to modern abstracts.

Another debut, Palmer, is power-loomed of 100 percent polyester microfiber for an incredibly soft hand and luxurious feel. This collection has a classic palette of neutrals with ivory and cool grays, mink brown and warm caramel, and design styles include simple geometrics, graphic textures and globally-inspired patterns.
