DALTON, Ga. -- Oriental Weavers announced that it will not attend High Point Market after surveying its customers and has created digital collateral showcasing its latest area rug debuts.
"Instead of traditional face-to-face market meetings, we will continue to create new digital sales tools, including new product videos that can be reviewed virtually with an OW sales representative," Angie Shook, company spokesperson told RugNews.com. "We have a small showroom at our corporate office and will be hanging the six new collections and scheduling virtual sales meetings with customers who would like to view the rugs in addition to the new collection videos and digital brochures."

CARAVAN COLLECION
Oriental Weavers debuts Caravan, a soft power-loomed range made of a blend of space-dyed and shrink polyester yarns.
The luxuriously soft Caravan collection, power-loomed in Egypt, includes 15 designs in a blend of space-dyed and shrink polyester yarns. The space-dyed effect in the yarn adds visual texture in rich and saturated shades of warm copper, luminous gold and deep indigo alongside softer tones of moss green, cool spa blue and subtle neutral grays. The shrink yarns, in deep shades of marine blue and charcoal, serve to create a multi-level effect for added tactility and surface interest. Pattern inspiration draws from nature with modern renditions of water, stone and sky.

MYERS PARK
The digitally printed Myers Park collection features a flat-woven polyester base.
In the Myers Park collection, technology meets tradition as intricate Persian designs, watercolor abstracts and photo-realistic animal hides are digitally recreated on a flatwoven polyester base. The low-profile area rugs, made in China, are easy care, in styles ranging from vintage, one of a kind hand-knotted piece to a rustic patchwork constructed of natural hide.

TORREY COLLECTION
For October, Oriental Weavers introduces the indoor-outdoor Torrey collection featuring a flat woven and loop texture.
The unique construction of OW's new Torrey collection of 14 designs features both flatwoven and loop textures giving the line a tactile hand and interesting surface texture. The patterned loop pile features tri-colored shades of deep marine blue, dark charcoal and soft gray pops on the flatwoven base, which is light neutral shade of soft platinum. Torrey designs range from classic border and stripe styles to updated medallions as well as global looks and more modern abstract pieces. The power-loomed collection is constructed of 100 percent easy-care polypropylene in Egypt.

ASTOR COLLECTION
Oriental Weavers has released flipbooks of its September introductions, including Astor, made of super-soft textured polypropylene and high dense pile.
The Astor collection, rolled out in September, offers a super soft texture and high dense pile.
The range comprised of eight organic abstract designs is power-loomed of super-soft textured polypropylene with a high dense pile for a plush feel underfoot. Colors range from tonal shades of deep earth brown to sandstone and ivory and are enhanced by neutrals tinted with subtle tones of icy blue and mossy green.
