Michael Castell joins Lavin Rugs as director of sales to help the young label expand its reach.
FORT WORTH, Texas -- Lavin Rugs, a supplier of premium rugs, announced the appointment of Michael Castell as its new director of sales. With more than two decades of experience in the flooring and home décor industry, Castell brings a unique combination of leadership, market expertise, and operational insight that will help drive Lavin Rugs’ growth and strengthen its partnerships with retailers nationwide.

For Castell, joining Lavin Rugs represents a return to his roots and a continuation of his lifelong passion for the industry. Growing up in a family-owned retail carpet store, he developed a strong appreciation for craftsmanship, quality, and customer service early on. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida International University and a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
