Karastan's 84-page catalog showcases the major trends for 2021 and beyond to guide its retail buyers.
SUGAR VALLEY, Ga. -- Karastan is debuting a 2021 area rug guide showcasing its latest area rug introductions and illustrating how they relate to five key home trends detailed in the catalog.
"The new trend catalog, the first from Karastan in many years, showcases the latest trends not only in rugs but throughout the home," Mike Riley, SVP/GM Karastan Rugs, told RugNews.com "We really just wanted to tie in the trends our teams are seeing through home fashion to “what is coming” with our major retail furniture partners, who we work hand-in-hand with on developing product to work with their upcoming season’s and next year’s product launches."
The key design trends connect the dots on upcoming paint/color palettes, fashion indicators and area rugs. "It is not just seasonal or 2021, these trends will carry through the year and over into 2022," Riley added.
The 84-page guide includes a focus on each of the five trends, with relevant area rugs tied into those directions, plus provides details on the more than 15 collections introduced in the fall of 2020. Following are the Karastan trends and its description of each:
