HPMA Announces Instagram Takeover Lineup for Fall Market

High Point Market Authority names this season’s interior design influencers who will take over its official Instagram page, @highpointmarket, Oct. 25-29.

HIGH POINT, N.C. -- High Point Market Authority (HPMA) names this season’s interior design influencers who will take over its official Instagram page, @highpointmarket, Oct. 25-29.

The Instagram page will highlight diverse perspectives from the world’s largest home furnishings trade show, showcasing Fall Market exhibitor showroom visits, product reviews, educational programming and social events.

Two “takeovers” will occur each Market day, according to the following schedule:

Saturday, Oct. 25

Each interior design influencer will post their High Point Market activities using the hashtag #HPMKT on their assigned dates.

“The goal for our programming is to inform and inspire, and even to create a little FOMO around the excitement of being at High Point Market,” says Tammy Covington, HPMA president and CEO. “The HPMA-sponsored Instagram Takeover is a seamless way to follow what interior designers from different regions and backgrounds will discover as they make their way around 11 million square feet of showrooms.”

Influencers for the seasonal Market takeover are selected based on the quality and style of content posted on their individual social media channels. Managed by HPMA, the High Point Market Instagram page is the trade show’s official channel featuring year-round inspiration and news.
