HIGH POINT, N.C. – Leading fine area rug importer Art Resources celebrated the grand opening of its expansive new showroom in Historic Market Square, space 278, on Sunday, Oct. 26, 2025, with customers, press, and top executives from AndMore, which operates 17 properties participating in High Point Market.
Brimming with fresh designs, the new showroom is now double in size and offers something for everyone shopping the market – from avant-garde abstracts to southwestern to Persian styles.
Art Resources's expanded showroom offers a bright, airy space to browse trend-right rugs of all weaves and design styles.
“High Point is a very unique market for us, and customers shopping our showroom have very distinct looks on their must-see lists for Art Resources,” said Max Moussavi, company spokesman. “Some of our clients only want to see Navajo designs; others come specifically for classic traditional or abstracts, while others want the newest additions to our Nomad, SantaFe, Souf or Marrakesh collections.”

Fibers range from mohair to pure mulberry silk, and the craftsmanship of rugs in this category at Art Resources extends to a brand-new lineup of pure white textural rugs, which Moussavi says is only attainable with the finest quality New Zealand wool.

Art Resources continues to grow its Exotic Fiber collection adding the new Uneven Hand-Sheared lineup at fall market.
