COVER Connect New York Expands High-End Rug Lineup for 2025

CCNY, a leading trade show for high-end rugs and carpets, expands lineup of brands curated to connect visitors with their perfect rug companies.

COVER Connect New York grows to 45 exhibitors, adding several fresh faces to its fifth edition in NYC.

NEW YORK -- COVER Connect New York, an annual trade show for high-end rug brands, continues to attract an expanded lineup of exhibitors adding several newcomers for the fifth edition, running Sept. 13-15 at the Metropolitan Pavilion and Altman Building.

Since the first edition in 2021 CCNY has been steadily increasing the breadth of products offered, through attracting even more top-level, exhibitors. It’s a firm favorite with motivated professional buyers from area rug galleries, furniture retailers and department stores, plus interior designers too — all of whom favor its convenient location, collaborative atmosphere and impressive rug and carpet options.

The 2025 edition is back at its established home across two neighboring venues in central Manhattan. The esteemed international companies participating have been carefully selected to complement one another’s product and to present the widest possible variety of production and styles. Offering bespoke options for the residential and commercial sectors, they bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and passion for handmade rugs, weaving, design, and innovation.

NEWCOMERS JOIN RETURNING EXHIBITORS

Joining 36 returning participants are nine new area rug brands: Couristan and Kaleen, well known for their wide-ranging product offerings; Olker Rugs with attractive pieces woven in Afghanistan; Pacific Collection, known for its hand-knotted classic style rugs. Via Star Rugs, founded in Brazil and expanding into the US market; Sattar Rugs acclaimed for complex transitional carpets; The New England Collection with modern hooked rugs and Scandinavian-style flatweaves; Outalux, whose product is specifically designed for outdoor use, hospitality or high-performance environments. Also at the New York show, Service Buddy debuts its specialist software, which aims to revolutionize the rug industry.


Olker Rugs introduces CCNY attendees to the fledgling brand's all natural, eco-conscious handmade area rugs.

European companies Battilossi and Paulig return, along with Knots Rugs from the UK and many highly reputable North American companies—such as Momeni which celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2025, Rug & Kilim, Tamarian, Lapchi, Anadol Rugs, French Accents, New Moon, Samad Rugs, Harounian Rugs International (HRI), Harcourt Collection, Wool & Silk, Zollanvari and Sumaq Alpaca. Together, they will offer a vast assortment of handmade area rugs and complimentary woven flooring.

Visitors will be able to shop not only the latest product offerings but can also be inspired by design-led collections and converse with forward-thinking, knowledgeable rug-industry people. Buyers receive an incredible insight into weavings available today, from exclusive, artisan-made artworks to more affordable, stylish carpeting solutions.

The show promotes the extraordinary and timeless potential of woven flooring, from the traditional Persian or Turkish rug to ultra-modern art pieces and everything between. The 2025 CCNY Party is sponsored by The International Surface Event (TISE) and is at a new venue for 2025. The address for the venue—a private bar, with an open-air terrace, in a Manhattan hotel—will be shared with visitors at the show. RSVP can be completed upon registering to attend the show 2025.
