COVER Connect Adds Several Rug Newcomers, Opens Registration for NY Fall Event

HRI, Eliko Rug Gallery, Jan Kath Designs, and Paulig are among the new brands joining an expanded lineup of area rug makers at boutique trade event COVER Connect 2023, which has opened registration.

NEW YORK -- Harounian Rugs International (HRI), Eliko Rug Gallery, Paulig and Rebel Carpets join an expanded lineup of high-end area rug purveyors at boutique trade event COVER Connect 2023. Registration is now open for the fall New York fair, running Sept. 9-11, 2023 at two neighboring buildings, the Metropolitan Pavilion and Altman Building. 

COVER Connect New York 2023, the third NYC installment, will be the organizer's largest fair to date, with more than 30 exhibitors, up from 22 last fall. Newcomers include: Turkish handmade source Asia Minor Carpets; New York rug studio Eliko Rug Gallery; handmade specialist HRI, German rug ateliers Jan Kath Designs and Paulig; broadloom expert Rebel Carpets; young contemporary rug label Rug Icon; and Swiss-based rug merchant Sahar.
