Surya Leads with Seven Directional Handcrafted, Design-Driven Rug Collections at LVMKT

Surya continues to celebrate its 50th anniversary showcasing the company's rug craftsmanship and design acumen with its seven newest rug collections for Las Vegas Market attendees.

LAS VEGAS -- Surya, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, continues to showcase craftsmanship and design with its summer area rug debuts adding seven fresh collections at Las Vegas Market, July 26-30.

At its A154 showroom, located alongside the company's Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams division, Surya's newest debuts address some of the industry's most popular design trends.

Among the top looks designers and retailers can shop are woven in a range of today's favorite warm neutral tones -- including ivory, sand, and brown -- with saturated navy tones continuing to gain momentum and a rich forest green making a showing as well.

After introducing a range of updated traditional handcrafted rugs at spring market, many of which will make their way to Vegas, Surya turns the focus to understated textured geometrics and abstracts rendered in neutral palettes. Furthermore, for attendees seeking natural materials and hand craftsmanship, the majority of introductions are hand-knotted of wool with a selection of hand-tufted rugs as well.

These characteristics of natural materials, hand craftmanship and longevity continue to be yet another important selling point among both designers and retailers. Finally, most of the showcased introductions below are part of Surya's custom size program, making them even more attractive to marketgoers.

AZULE COLLECTION


Surya Azule AZE-2300

Hand-knotted from 100 percent wool, the Azule collection features saturated tones and bold traditional patterning, grounded by a refined low pile (.4") and enduring character. Available sizes are 2x3, 6x9, 8x10, 9x12, 10x14, 12x15, with a 6x9 MSRP of $3,295. Custom sizes available in maximum width 20' and maximum length 50'.

BERGAMO COLLECTION


Surya Bergamo BMO-2301

Hand-knotted from 100 percent wool, the Bergamo rug collection offers tonal grid-inspired geometric compositions with richly textured surfaces, with a thickness of 0.6". Available sizes: 2x3, 6x9, 8x10, 9x12, 10x14 and custom sizes (with max width of 15' and max length of 25'). MSRP in 6x9 is $2,340.

MUNCHEN COLLECTION


Surya Munchen MUH-2301

The hand-knotted Munchen rug collection explores the simplicity of understated pattern, where tonal depth and geometric forms create a refined, tailored expression. Crafted of 100 percent wool with a 0.55" thickness, 2x3, 6x9, 8x10, 9x12, 10x14 and custom sizes (max width of 15' and length of 25'). The MSRP for a 6x9 is $2,025.

NEXUS COLLECTION


Surya Nexus NXS-2302

The hand-tufted Nexus rug collection explores the interplay of line, high-low texture, and tone, creating contemporary abstract compositions with striking depth and character. Rugs are tufted of 65 percent rayon and 35 percent wool for a luxurious shimmer and hand. These rugs offer a thickness of 0.51". Available in sizes 2x3, 5 x 7'6", 8x10, 9x12, 10x14 and custom size (max width 12' and max length 15). MSRP is $1,745 in 5'x7’6".

PRIVE COLLECTION


Surya Prive PIV-2303

The Prive rug collection pairs minimalist high-low geometric motifs with richly toned hand-knotted wool for an effortless sense of refinement. Hand-knotted of 60 percent wool, 25 percent rayon, and 15 percent polyester, rugs offer a soft luminous hand. Available sizes are 2x3, 6x9, 8x10, 9x12, 10x14 and custom sizes (max width 12' and max length 15). MSRP in 6x9 is $2,815.

RAKU COLLECTION


Surya Raku RAU-2301

The luxurious Raku rug collection explores the interplay of wool and silk, where tonal depth, subtle sheen, and modern geometric patterning create an elevated expression of craftsmanship. Hand-knotted from 85 percent wool and 15 percent silk rugs have a thickness of 0.43". Available in sizes 2x3, 6x9, 8x10, 9x12, 10x14 and custom sizes (max width 14' and max length 20'). MSRP in 6x9 is $6,480.

SALERNO COLLECTION


Surya Salerno SEO-2300

SEO-2300, Surya introduces the hand-knotted Salerno collection of painterly motifs. These rugs balance softly toned neutral abstract patterns with the natural character of pure wool and offer a thickness of 0.47". Sizes include 2x3, 6x9, 8x10, 9x12, 10x14 and custom sizes (max width 24' and max length: 40'). MSRP in 6x9 is $4,720.
