Zhai Xiao Guang of Nomin Holding and Ts. Erdenebileg executive director of Erdenet Mongolian Carpets. It surprised us to see machine-made rugs at this exhibition. It surprised us even more to learn they are manufactured in Mongolia on
Van de Wiehle machines using  local sheep's wool. But were we surprised when Mr. Erdenebileg told us he logs on to Rugnews.com every day? Heck no! We just handed over  one of our signature key chains for good luck!

Rugnews.com editor and publisher Lissa Wyman considers running away to join a troupe of Tibetan Dancing Girls.

Lily Zhang, one of the energetic executives from
Qinghai Tibetan Sheep Carpets Group, Ltd. joins Lissa Wyman of
Rugnews.com for a final farewell from China.
