MOONACHIE, NJ - Cynthia Holmes has joined Home Dynamix as product development category manager, according to Rami Evar, president and CEO of Home Dynamix.
She has over 23 years of retail management, merchandising and buying experience. She began her career at the Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) where she worked in retail and buying.
In 2000, after 18 years with AAFES, she joined Fred's, Inc. of Memphis as the bedding, bath and flooring buyer.
This year, Holmes earned an MBA in Strategic Leadership and Corporate Management from Amberton University in Garland, TX.
"Cynthia's strong background in discount store merchandising, particularly in soft home categories, uniquely qualifies her for this position,€VbCrLf noted Evar.

Holmes will be relocating to NJ and will assume her new responsibilities October 1, 2005.
