WOODSTOCK, GA -- Direct Home Textiles Group, LLC has been formed by industry veterans John Azzolino and John McLeod.
"Direct Home will provide retailers with the finest products at rock bottom prices," noted Azzolino. He added that the company will do worldwide sourcing in a variety of home textiles product categories.
Azzolino, who has long experience at both the retail and vendor level, was most recently vice president of Global Sourcing for Mohawk Home. During his 14 years with Mohawk, he also served as vice president of sales and vice president of marketing and product development.
At the retail level, Azzolino has held buying positions at Gimbel's, T.A. Berner and Carson Pirie Scott & Co.
McLeod was most recently vice president of sales for mass market sales for Shaw Living. Earlier, he was vice president of sales and marketing for Burlington Rugs for three years. Prior to his tenure with Burlington, he was vice president of sales for Mohawk Home.
