NATCO HOME/CENTRAL ORIENTAL TO CELEBRATE NEW SHOWROOM OPENING
AT NY HOME TEXTILES MARKET

WEST WARWICK, RI --  Natco Home Fashions will celebrate the grand opening of its new 8,000 sq. ft. New York showroom at 295 Fifth Ave. during the upcoming New York Home Textiles market, April  8 to 14, 2005.

Natco is the parent company of Central Oriental, Corona Curtain, Robertson,  Flemish Master Weavers and Jefferson Home Fashions .

Located in space 318, the new showroom is  50% larger then its previous showroom on the 15th floor of 295.

"The new space will allow for an expanded presentation of all product categories such as area and accent rugs, window treatments, table linens, kitchen, tapestry, pillows, bedding and other developing categories," according to Natco.

The  larger showroom  will allow retailers to see the breadth of product that Natco can provide as a one-stop shop for all of their home textiles needs," the company said.

The new showroom is part of a major expansion for Natco. Earlier this year the company opened a manufacturing  facility in  China.

New Chinese-made rug products will be shown in April, according to Bryan Bogas,  executive vice president for the woven, handmade and printed rug division of Natco Home. "Our initial thrust in Chinese rugs will be in the accent and scatter rug business," he recently told Rugnews.com.
