TIBETANO UNVEILS ABSTRACT ARTIST COLLECTION AT ICFF

Tibetano launches an abstract collection in collaboration with Crush Works artist Adrienne Jackson at ICFF. Shown, You Do Crush.

NEW YORK -- Luxe rug studio Tibetano launches a new artist collection at the upcoming ICFF, running from May 21-24 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center here.

The new hand-knotted Nepalese range, crafted of wool and silk, reworks the abstract paintings of Crush Works' artist Adrienne Jackson into carpets. Jackson's Crush Works, based in Canada, offers a line of textiles and soft goods featuring her original works.

Canadian abstract artist Adrienne Jackson has a line of textiles and soft goods based on her art under the Crush Works label, and at ICFF she launches an area rug collection with Tibetano.

"Meeting [Adrienne] in New York in 2016 was creative kismet," said Shahram Nazar, owner of the New York area rug maker. "With a shared vision for luxury, true color fearlessness, and a mutual affection for surface design, Crush --together with Tibetano -- curated several original art works into hand-woven rugs that are plush, vibrant and unique." The Crush Works collection will be on view at Tibetano's ICFF booth #1032.
