CARLSTADT, N.J. -- Momeni posted double-digit gains in 2021 across price points and channels and expects its winter area rug debuts to continue the momentum.

"In 2021 we had double-digit growth; across the board all price points have done well for us," Reza Momeni told RugNews.com. "All channels have performed strongly as some consumers have gotten back into the stores and some are still strictly shopping online."

Of the top-selling categories, Momeni said, "Performance rugs continue to be our most sought-after category, and custom rugs from broadloom have really picked up. High-end goods have stayed consistent, especially our hand-knotted programs and one-of-a-kinds. And all of our licensed lines continue to perform strongly both in stores and online."

The range features a minimal textural active solid fringed style that can be used indoors and out. At the higher end of the spectrum, the Concord collection by designer Erin Gates tops the charts with a tonal beige updated tribal Anatolian kilim motif hand knotted of pure wool.

In addition, the company revamped its website to make it more customer-centric, helping customers browse and find rugs more easily.

For winter buyers Momeni has rolled out several new collections that include machine-made, hand-woven, and hand-tufted constructions. Among them are:
