Macy’s, Inc. Names Emily Erusha-Hilleque Senior VP, Private Brands at Macy’s

Emily Erusha-Hilleque has joined the department store retailer as senior vice president for Macy’s private brands and will lead the nameplate’s private brands, including apparel, center core and home design.

NEW YORK -- Macy’s, Inc. (NYSE: M) announced that Emily Erusha-Hilleque has joined the company as senior vice president for Macy’s private brands. In this role, Erusha-Hilleque will lead the nameplate’s private brands design organization, including apparel, center core and home design teams as well as drive the private brands strategy in partnership with Macy’s merchandising and sourcing teams. She will report to Nata Dvir, chief merchandising officer of Macy’s.

She has her finger on the pulse of the consumer and on trends. She will ensure that our private brands reflect our customers’ wants and needs across categories. I know she will be pivotal in propelling our merchandising transformation forward.”

Erusha-Hilleque joins Macy’s from Target Corp., where she most recently served as the Design Director of Ready-to-Wear, Young Contemporary Private Label, Design Partnerships. In that role she was responsible for building, launching and growing the first Gen Z + Culture-focused private label, WILD FABLE, and designer collaborations including Levi’s, Christopher John Rodgers, Alexis, Rixo, Nili Lotan, Sandy Liang, Victor Glemaud, Rachel Comey, Christian Robinson, and LEGO.
