Las Vegas Design Center and ASID Announce 12th Annual ANDYZ Award Winners

The 2026 awards, presented during Las Vegas Market, recognized 11 designers for excellence in interior design.

Eleven designers were feted at the 12th annual ANDYZ Awards presented at LVMKT.

LAS VEGAS -- The Las Vegas Design Center (LVDC), together with the California Central/Nevada Chapter of the America Society of Interior Designers (ASID), honored the winners of the 12th Annual ANDYZ Awards at a ceremony held during Summer 2026 Las Vegas Market. Eleven design professionals and one student earned top honors, with all 2026 finalists recognized for their exceptional contributions. The event was sponsored by Wolf/Sub-Zero/Cove, Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, and Omnia Furniture.

“Each year, the ANDYZ Awards highlight remarkable achievements in design and showcase the ingenuity of our creative community,” said Cain Brodie, LVDC general manager. “We are proud to partner with ASID to recognize excellence in design and to support the professionals whose creativity is helping is pushing the boundaries and shaping the industry's future.”

• Best Residential Bathroom Design Over 75 Sq. Ft.: Brenda Geler, Casa Blanca Studio (Henderson, NV)

• Best Residential Bathroom Design Under 75 Sq. Ft.: Katie Montgomery, Katie Montgomery (Oakland, CA)

• Best Residential Kitchen Design Over 150 Sq. Ft.: Brenda Geler, Casa Blanca Studio (Henderson, NV)

• Best Residential Kitchen Design Under 150 Sq. Ft.: Amy Prosser, Stella & Sloan by Amy Leigh (Jenks, OK)

• Best Multiple Rooms in Home Under 3,000 Sq. Ft.: Dezirae Bruni, Dezirae Bruni (Las Vegas, NV)

• Best Multiple Rooms in Home Over 3,000 Sq. Ft.: Anthony W. Grant, Anthony W. Grant ASID, NCIDQ (Las Vegas, NV)

• Best Single Room Design Under 150 Sq. Ft.: Jessie Marchesseau, Jessie Marchesseau of Revive Interior Design (South Lake Tahoe, CA)

• Best Single Room Design Over 150 Sq. Ft.: Courtney Batten, Paige Studio (Dallas, TX)

• Best Student Conceptual Design Project: Breanna Colon (Henderson, NV)

Founded in 2015, the ANDYZ Awards recognize excellence in residential, commercial, hospitality, and student design. Entries are judged by a national panel of ASID board members based on presentation, creativity, functionality, aesthetics, and overall execution.

The 2026 awards were presented by Nikki Watson and Lori Johnson. Nikki is the owner of The Design Quad, the nation's largest home staging and interior design firm. Her remarkable journey, from starting her business with just ten dollars borrowed from her mother to leading one of the industry's most respected firms, is an inspiring testament to entrepreneurship, creativity and determination.

Joining Nikki was acclaimed artist Lori Johnson, whose vibrant abstract works are recognized for their expressive color, rich texture, and sculptural techniques. Her artwork has been exhibited nationwide, featured at both Las Vegas Market and High Point Market, and is represented in private collections, national retailers, and television productions.

Together, Nikki and Lori are also the co-founders of Design Besties, a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming teacher lounges into welcoming spaces where educators can recharge and feel appreciated.

The ceremony concluded with a cocktail reception hosted at the Rock House Designer Brands showroom.
