Kas Rugs Debuts 7 New Collections and Close to 100 New Designs for Summer Markets

KAS RUGS DEBUTS 7 NEW COLLECTIONS AND CLOSE TO 100 NEW DESIGNS AT SUMMER MARKETS


KAS Rugs debuts Mosaic, a collection inspired by classic tile and mosaic motifs in a range of grays, blues and beiges.

 

 
SOMERSET, N.J.  -- KAS Rugs introduces seven new collections and close to 100 new rugs across a variety of collections in Atlanta and Las Vegas. Designed to meet the needs of all distribution channels. the latest area rugs come in a range of qualities, price points, textures and styles.

 

 

"We find that retailers are continuing to look for inviting constructions that are super-soft and pleasant to the touch," said Wendy Reiss, vice president sales at KAS. "Retailers are also seeking soothing transitionals in watercolor and palette looks.  Finally, traditionals are always a good seller as we head into fall, and the rich warm tones of spice and jewel tones Kas is offering will not disappoint."

 


Buyers seeking watercolor motifs will appreciate Kas Rugs' new Indulge collection.

 

Highlights of the summer debuts include Indulge, Luxe and Mosaic.

 

The Indulge range takes its cues from the watercolor trend and designs hand loomed on faux silk viscose fibers in India.  Indulge is offered in five different sizes with the largest at 9x13.

 

The Luxe series features a super plush and silky shag with multiple textures of polyester.  It is machine-made of microfiber polyester with a thick, 1-inch pile height.

 

Inspired by classic tile and mosaic motifs, the Mosaic collection features a color palette of grays, blues and beiges.
 

In addition to its extensive new rug introductions, KAS has stepped up its pillow assortment with exciting textures and embellishments. KAS now offers a down-fill option for all pillows and the company is committed to growing its pillow and pouf assortment.  

 

In addition, KAS announces its partnership with and launch of the Libby Langdon Collection scheduled to be released this fall at High Point Market (read full story). 

 

KAS will open one day prior to the official start of each summer market: Tuesday, July 11, in Atlanta at its AmericasMart showroom 4-C-5, and on Saturday, July 29, in Las Vegas at WMC B-175. 

 

For summer shoppers, KAS is offering free freight, pillow and pouf discounts and other promotions. The company also offers daily wine and cheese for show attendees from 4 p.m.-6 p.m.
