HIGH POINT, N.C. -- For fall 2026 Kalaty Rug Corp. brings an extensive lineup of new area rugs in all weaves, textures, constructions, décor genres and colors to the company’s High Point Market showroom, IHFC, G369.
As is customary, Kalaty’s primary emphasis at this market remains on the company's heritage hand-knotted collections and additions to best-selling hand-knotted collections; however, for fall it also showcases its upper-tier Luxe-Weave hand-finished series of machine-woven collections.
Luxe-Weave is a series of six collections (Waldorf, Zara, Nexus, Blooma, Ventura and Paintwrks) all of which are made with premium wools. But what sets Luxe-Weave rugs apart from other power-loomed rugs is the proprietary Luxe-Weave process that makes these rugs indiscernible from hand-knotted styles, the company states. The Luxe-Weave process includes a number of hand-finishing steps that are identical to the high-end steps given to Kalaty’s finest hand-knotted rugs. This process results in luxurious texture and qualities that make these rugs virtually indistinguishable from many of Kalaty's hand-knotted counterparts, the company says.
