Debuting in Atlanta this week, the Decora collection by Nikki Chu Home for Jaipur Living - the designer's first in-out range - is displayed with Jaipur's colorful indoor-outdoor Veranda pillows.

ATLANTA -- Jaipur Living expands its best-selling Nikki Chu Home collection of rugs, pillows, poufs and throws, with the introduction of Decora by Nikki Chu, a range of indoor-outdoor flatweave rugs, at this week's Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market.
The sophisticated in-out rug designs, promoted by Jaipur Living with the tag line 'Globalism Steps Outside', complement patterns and natural colors prevalent in Chu's first two collections for the company.

"The DNA of my line is always going to be about modern globalism. It's who I am. It's how I started," Chu told RugNews.com. As my brand evolves, a piece from Collection One will still work with rugs in Collection 10. With this new collection, I am looking to continue to build that lineage into my line -- that careful evolution of a brand," she explained.
DECORA INDOOR-OUTDOOR RUGS
Already a best-of-market hit, Tangra from the new Nikki Chu Decora collection by Jaipur Living offers linear motifs melded with circular shapes.
Decora brings Nikki Chu's distinctive design perspective to the indoor-outdoor category with 11 transitional patterns featuring a global unisex vibe. "I saw an opportunity to bring amazing designs to a category that has previously been fairly mundane," said designer Nikki Chu about her foray into outdoor rugs. "With Decora, we are bringing the elements of ethnic, tribal, and modern globalism into the designs by introducing cool colorways and patterns."
Bold and graphic, the Decora Xantho area rug by Nikki Chu for Jaipur Living is a labyrinth of geometric appeal.
Woven in Belgium of polyester engineered for all weather use, the diverse collection retails at an MSRP of $251 in 5x8. "My inspiration for the collection was to create a beautiful outdoor atmosphere that is stylish, yet functional and feels like an extension of your indoor space," says Chu, noting that the neutral colors and textural designs pair perfectly with bold pops of color from pillows or throws.
The collection was presented at "Colors and Pattern Play" on Wednesday, July 12, and covered the coordination of Nikki Chu indoor-outdoor rugs with Jaipur Living's vibrantly colored Veranda outdoor pillow designs. The presentation included a special catered vegetarian lunch for customers and press attending.
The Jaipur Living Atlanta showroom at AmericasMart Building 1, 12-F-9, will be open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during market.
