HIGH POINT, N.C. – The High Point Market Authority (HPMA) announces a new look for its branded pop-up venue, “The Point,” featuring interior design by Jessica Duce of JDuce Design and furnishings from High Point Market exhibitors. The redesign will launch at spring market, April 25–29, 2026.

For her design concept, Duce envisions a gathering space that honors the craftsmanship roots of High Point Market while embodying its modern creative energy. Biannually, The Point serves High Point Market guests as an information center, a hub for educational and networking programs, a lounge area, and a daily lunch spot.

“My vision for The Point is a meeting space at Market that feels like the story of High Point itself—a tribute to design heritage, innovation, and community,” says Duce, who is a recognized leader in the short-term rental design sector. “It should feel alive, full of style, and ready for the next conversation that will shape the industry’s future.”

Furnishings in The Point are sourced from High Point Market exhibitors and partners, including Adesso, Benjamin Moore, Brown Jordan, Crystorama, LH Home, Made Goods, Revolution Fabrics, Splashworks, and Zuo Modern.

The Point was first erected at High Point Market in April 2018. It is centrally located on Commerce Ave., one block west of the Transportation Terminal, and is open to registered High Point Market buyers during trade show dates.
