MACY'S TO OPEN
NEW STORE IN TAMPA

CINCINNATI, OH - Macy's, Inc. has announced plans to open a new store at The Shops at Wiregrass, a new lifestyle development located at SR 56 and Bruce B. Downs Blvd. in North Tampa, FL. This will be Macy's eighth store in the Tampa market.

The 140,000 sq. ft. store will on be two levels and will offer apparel and accessories for men, women and children, as well as home textiles and housewares.  Construction is expected to start in December 2007, and the store will open in October 2008.

The Shops at Wiregrass is part of Wiregrass Ranch, a 5,000-acre planned community featuring homes, commercial space, office space, a medical center and new schools for grades K through 12. The Shops at Wiregrass is a development of Forest City Enterprises, Inc. and The Goodman Company.
