HIGH POINT, N.C. -- ANDMORE has confirmed a new round of permanent showroom leases and temporary exhibit signings ahead of the Fall 2026 High Point Market, running October 17–21. Temporary exhibit space in SALON, Suites at Market Square, and INTERHALL opens one day earlier, on Friday, October 16, stretching the buying window to six full days. The latest brands touch furniture, bedding, lighting, art, hardware, and specialty décor, and include several exhibitors stepping into ANDMORE properties for the first time.

Six brands are opening permanent showrooms for the first time this fall. Mattress manufacturer Diamond Mattress takes space at IHFC H638, while Serta-Simmons opens a new permanent showroom at IHFC M930 to support its Ashley Furniture division, and Tempur-Sealy does the same at IHFC M925. Casegoods and home accents company Coast by DK opens at 300 S. Main, lighting and accessories brand Molecule debuts at IHFC H504, and home décor company Asthetik moves in at MS 253.

Five existing exhibitors are growing or repositioning their footprint. Lane Venture and Bassett Furniture combine a relocation and expansion into IHFC M101/M201, and bedding and upholstery manufacturer Sleemon is doing the same at Furniture Plaza 411. Home Creative is expanding its Commerce & Design showroom at 8A/8N, MotoMotion and Sofaworks are adding space at IHFC C800/W800, and textile resource Alendel Fabrics is expanding into MST 350 and 370.

LR Home has finalized one of the Fall’s most significant leasing commitments, more than doubling its permanent showroom. Founded in 2001, the family-owned-and-operated resource specializes in rugs, pillows, décor, furniture and outdoor pieces, and its expansion marks a strong vote of confidence in IHFC as buyers prepare for Fall 2026.

“This leasing activity reflects real conviction from our exhibitor community heading into Fall Market,” said Amory Wooden, Chief Revenue Officer of ANDMORE. “Brands aren’t just filling space, they’re investing in bigger footprints and better locations because they’re seeing results here. That kind of commitment, from first-time exhibitors and long-standing partners alike, is what keeps High Point Market moving forward as the place our industry comes to do business.”

Eighteen temporary exhibitors have signed on for Fall 2026 across SALON, Suites at Market Square, and INTERHALL. SALON welcomes original wall art of the artist SK Isbell Art (G-6006), custom cabinetry maker Walker Woodworking (G-7017), outdoor lighting resource Fourteenth Colony (G-6045), furniture exhibitor Aven Arch (G-7054), and Custom carpet stair tread, runners & landing Oak Valley Designs (G-7010), which is adding rug runners and stair treads to its assortment. Hardware supplier Art and Forge Hardware (G-6026) is relocating within SALON, and rug resource English Village Lane (G-7025) is expanding its space there. Lighting brand Flocke joins the Suites at Market Square footprint at G-3028.

Suites at Market Square also gains original wall art from Different Strokes (M-5025), pillow resource Sweetwater Trading Company (M-6001), sports apparel brand Fanantics (M-6047), decorative surfboard supplier Surfboard Trading (M-6048), and Mangosteen Art Prints (M-8018). Service company Risk Assurance (M-4021) is relocating within the same building.
