FREDERICK, Md. -- Attorney Anoosha Rouhanian has joined Dynamic Rugs as corporate counsel, business development.
A graduate of George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., Rouhanian provides legal counsel for business development at Dynamic Rugs, the 23-year old company founded by her father Matthew Rouhanian.Her responsibilities also include intellectual property licensing and contracts for various types of partnerships and sales.
She most recently worked for Discovery Communications, Inc., a Fortune 500 company which owns networks such as Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, TLC, the Science Channel, and many others.
"The licensing and intellectual property experience I gathered at Discovery Communications led me to realize the many ways I could help my father's company grow and develop its business even further in terms of new endeavors as well as strengthening pre-existing relationships," Rouhanian explained.
"As Dynamic Rugs has been on the fast-track of expansion in the past few years, I've been glad to provide a fresh perspective on how to keep up with the company's growth in the most efficient and comprehensive ways possible. Working for my dad has been both challenging and rewarding, but nothing beats knowing I'm helping and working with the man who gave me everything I needed to get to where I am today," she continued.
Immediately following graduation from law school in 2014, Rouhanian did post-adjudication work for juvenile criminal offenders for the District of Columbia.
Dynamic now has permanent showrooms in Atlanta, New York and Las Vegas to reach the major retail channels of rug, floor covering, furniture and mass market stores.
