TROY, N.C. -- Capel Rugs is rolling out a customer care program for retailers at the High Point Market in April, 2016 with the introduction of a dealer support promotion called 'Uniquely Capel'.

"Uniquely Capel" is designed to give retailers a special market experience as a way to demonstrate how Capel Rugs goes the extra mile to meet retailers' unique needs. Dealers who schedule appointments with their Capel reps will have the opportunity to relax and recharge their personal and electronic batteries in the company's showroom with amenities such as chair massages provided by licensed massage therapists and charging stations for mobile devices.
