DALLAS -- Steven Loloi has joined the business team of Loloi Rugs, according to Amir Loloi, owner of Loloi Rugs.

In his new position, Steven Loloi will learn all aspects of the carpet business, as well as Loloi Rugs’  philosophy of rug making, selling, marketing and customer service.

“Steven  Loloi will be a great asset to the company and its future growth,” said Amir Loloi. “I look forward to receiving his fresh, contemporary take on business, technology and today’s globally changing world.”

Steven Loloi, son of the company owner,  joined Loloi in October after earning his master’s degree at the London School of Economics in England. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from New York University.

“It’s an honor to be working with my father,” said Steven Loloi. “He’s an inspirational leader. Of course, I’m also excited to share fresh concepts, new ideas and to be part of Loloi Rugs’ continued growth.”

Founded in 2004, Loloi Rugs specializes in high fashion medium- to high-end area rugs in every style category. The company has received three America’s Magnificent Carpets Awards (including one for Best of Show) and an Atlanta Visual Display Award for its sophisticated showroom design.

Loloi will show its products this winter at the Atlanta International Gift, Home Furnishings and Rug markets(Showroom #4-C-7, Jan. 6-10, 2010);The Dallas Total Home & Gift Market, (Suite #500), Jan. 13-19, 2010 and  the Las Vegas Market, ( B-400, Feb. 1-5, 2010)
