CONSOLIDATE; FORM D&K WHOLESALE

SECAUCUS, NJ -- Kashandia and Dilmaghani have joined forces to form D&K wholesale, according to Dennis Dilmaghani and Essy Kashanian, principals of the new company.
The company will have its wholesale showroom at the ORICA building in Secaucus, NJ. "The existing stock of both companies will be merged and both company's operations, sales and showroom facilities will gradually come together under the D&K Wholesale name," said Dilmaghani.
Dilmaghani said this is a synergistic move. "Each company has its own product line and individual strengths. But we feel this merger will result in a new whole that will be greater than the sum of its parts," he said.
Signage at the Kashandia showroom in Secaucus has already been changed to D & K. Dilmaghani will continue to operate its showroom in Scarsdale, NY and warehouse in Brewster, NY.
D&K will exhibit on the fourth floor of the Atlanta Merchandise Mart at the upcoming January International Rug Market.
