91,000 SQ. FT. DISTRIBUTION CENTER

EDISON, NJ – Due Process Stable Trading Co. has purchased a 91,000 sq. ft. warehouse facility in Lumberton, NC to serve as the new home of the company's rug operation.
The new facility will be operating by December, 2013, according to the company. Since 2003, Due Process has operated from a 45,000 sq. ft. facility leased in Edison, NJ. The company will maintain offices in New Jersey, near its former headquarters, where it will house some of its exectutive, sales and design staff. Goring forward, all distribution will be from the new New Carolina facility.
Due Process plans to invest nearly $1.4 million over three years in the opening of the new distribution center, located at the intersection of I-95 and U.S. 74.
"The purchase of this warehouse provides us the needed space to support the expansion of our operation and allow us to meet the growing needs of our customers," said David Grasse, president of Due Process. "We selected North Carolina because of its robust textile industry and its crucial proximity to seaports."
In relocating to this larger facility, Due Process also plans to create 45 new jobs to support its growing operations.
“Due Process LLC’s decision to locate this facility in Robeson County is a big win for the region and state,†said Sharon Decker, North Carolina Secretary of Commerce. "Our commitment to spurring economic growth continues to bring good-paying, high-skilled jobs for North Carolina families."
