PORT WASHINGTON, NY -- Paul Ng has been named sales manager for Internet retailers at Safavieh, according to Arash Yaraghi, a company principal.
In the newly-created post, Ng will be responsible for sales and customer service to all retailers who specialize in web-based rug sales.
He will report directly to Yaraghi and will be based at Safavieh’s corporate headquarters here.
Ng has returned to the company after holding sales positions in various industries for the past five years. His prior experience with Safavieh includes work in the customer service, administrative and accounting departments.
“We are fortunate to have Ng back on board,†Yaraghi said. “His expertise in both sales and customer service will be an asset to Safavieh in our interface with the growing Internet sales segment of the retail rug business.â€
