CMI TO HOST GRAND OPENING PARTY
TO CELEBRATE NEW LAS VEGAS SHOWROOM
PAWTUCKET, RI – Colonial Mills, Inc. (CMI) will host a grand opening party Tuesday, July 29 in celebration of the company’s new World Market Center showroom, C-860. From 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., the company will offer refreshments and gift baskets.
CMI’s new 1,500 sq. ft. showroom features colors of turquoise, bright green, rust, celery and chocolate, as well as displays of the company’s braided-texture rugs.
The focal point will be a series of large picture frames that are constructed with a variety of the company’s rugs. One of the frames consists of a flat-screen television showing a DVD of CMI’s manufacturing facility and its collections in room settings.
“We’re excited to now have a showroom in Las Vegas and a permanent market presence in the western United States,†said Donald M. Scarlata, president and chief executive officer of CMI.
The Las Vegas World Market takes place July 28 to Aug. 1, 2008.
