MANCHESTER, NH --  Stan Langer has been named  vice president of marketing and advertising for Carpet One, according to Evan Hackel, president.

 Langer joins Carpet One with over 25 years of experience in retail marketing and advertising, both in Canada and the U.S. 

 For the past four years, he has served as vice president of marketing for Stone Mountain/GCO, an outlet floor covering franchise that, like Carpet One, is part of CCA Global Partners, Inc.

In his new post, Langer will continue to build the Carpet One  brand nationally, while positioning individual Carpet One retailers as the floor covering experts in their markets.  He will  report  to Hackel.

Prior to joining CCA Global Partners, Langer served as the advertising manager and later marketing director of Hi Fi Express, a Canadian retailer;  president of Cerberus Marketing, a print-based agency in Toronto; retail advertising director of Interact Communications in Ottawa, and advertising manager/marketing director of Carpeteria in California.
