HOM FURNITURE TO OPEN NEW LOCATION IN BROOKLYN CENTER, MN

COON RAPIDS, Minn.
-- HOM Furniture is developing their newest retail location in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota located in the former Kohl's building located on 2501 Country Road 10 in Brooklyn Center.
When completed in the Fall of 2018, the 100,000 square foot renovated complex will have an additional 12,500 square feet for HOM and another 12,500 square feet for new retail/office tenant locations. Building adjacent to HOM's new location will be a new Bank of America location by Todd Development.
"Being our newest location, this store will be our most innovative design and include all of our brands from Sleep Express, Bargain Shop, Seasonal Concepts Patio, HOM Floors and our other galleries," says Rod Johansen, President and CEO. "This location offers great visibility along highway 100 and the perfect site for our new retail destination and for other tenants like coffee shops and restaurants in our new retail space."
The new location is the next step in the continued expansion of the HOM Furniture Brand and will be their 16th HOM Furniture location, the 8th location in the metro area.
