ATLANTA – AmericasMart has announced the winners of its 2013 Visual Display Awards. The award recognizes superior showroom merchandising across all product collections and categories.

The January 2013 rug Visual Display Award winners, with judges’ comments are:

Floor 3

Sphinx/Oriental Weavers 3-A-2

Created a compelling vignette with furniture and props to showcase the product in a colorful, inviting setting.

Floor 4
Four Hands 4-A-1

Effective integration of home furnishings and rugs with stunning use of open space and lighting.

Floor 5
Marcella Fine Rugs 5-C-10

An artistic interpretation of the Verona name to highlight and define the concept and product. 

Floor 6
Shaw Industries 6-A-2

Creative staging of props including styled mannequins to convey the design concepts from fashion to home.

Floor 11
Surya 11-A-1

Large showroom has one welcoming entrance that is bright, colorful and inviting. Bold, repetitive logo graphic surrounds entire space.
