LAS VEGAS MARKET PEOPLE & PARTIES - PART 2

A busy Las Vegas Market was a success according to buyers and manufacturers. For attendees there was no shortage of new products to view or market events to enjoy.

LAS VEGAS -- In Part 2 of this exclusive Las Vegas Market roundup, follow RugNews.com as we cover the people, events and buyers' must-see World Market Center rug showrooms.

From Loloi's steady stream of customers eager to see the launch collection of rugs and pillows by ED Ellen DeGeneres, to large turnouts to Novogratz by Momeni events, to belly dancers and birthday cake for Rizzy Home's anniversary bash, rug vendors across the board were pleased with buyer turnout.

Koorosh Yaraghi of Nuloom, a relative newcomer to the market scene, reaffirmed the importance of the show: "This was our best show. Not only because we had a lot of appointments show up, but we actually met a lot of new people that are going to take us into new channels. We've done e-commerce now for a long time, but some of the people we met this market are going to put us into large brick and mortar environments," he told RugNews.com.

Part 2 tours the show with companies from Loloi to United Weavers, which hosted everything from celebrity designer book signings, to anniversary galas and exciting new launches.
