"I am passionate about outdoor decorating, and what was exciting to me about a licensing program with Loloi was they were the first to develop a specially treated polypropylene that could create outdoor rugs that would complement my outdoor furniture collection with a sharpness of color and contrast between the colors I hadn't seen before. They were also able to weave my rugs in a technology they developed, and no one else had at the time, to make the rugs more luxurious and the color more lasting," Foley told RugNews.com at the SFC event.
