KARASTAN EXPANDS ATLANTA
SHOWROOM T0 5,600 SQ. FT.
ATLANTA -- Karastan is expanding its AmericasMart Atlanta showroom to 5,600 sq. ft. The previous space, which measured approximately 4,500 sq. ft
Karastan now occupies spaces 3-A-1, 3 and 5 at the Rug Center.
A ribbon cutting will be held at the upcoming Atlanta International Rug Market, July 15 to 18, 2010.
“This expansion gives us valuable space to show more products as we add to the Karastan line,†said Steve Roan, vice president of Karastan Rugs. “AmericasMart and the Atlanta International Area Rug Market provide a strong platform that aligns with our core philosophy at Karastan Rugs—brand, tradition and integrity.â€
Karastan, one of the oldest rug companies in the United States, has shown its products at AmericasMart since 1994.
Karastan is part of Mohawk Industries, a leading supplier of flooring for both residential and commercial applications. Mohawk offers a complete selection of broadloom carpet, ceramic tile, wood, stone, laminate, vinyl, rugs and other home products.
