DALLAS - Loloi's newest licensing partner, designer, award-winning blogger and
author Justina Blakeney, will be signing copies of her New York Times
best-selling book, The New Bohemians, at High Point Market. The book
signing will take place from 3:30 to 5 p.m., Oct. 18 in Loloi's Showroom, IHFC
D-320, and the first 100 registered buyers will receive a free signed hardcover
copy of the book. The event also marks the debut of Blakeney's two new rug
collections and new pillow designs for Loloi.
The New Bohemians explores 20
homes located primarily on the East and West coasts, and includes exclusive
interviews with the owners. Each home is accompanied by an Adopt-an-Idea section
offering general decor, styling and shopping tips for easy duplication in your
own home. The book also features 12 do-it-yourself projects created by Blakeney,
which were inspired by objects found throughout these homes.
"Justina
sees 'new Bohemians' as creative individuals who embrace free-spirited, no-rules
lifestyles and apply that attitude to all areas of their existence - including
their homes," said Cyrus Loloi, Principal. "This book signing gives those who
have a 'new boho' approach to design the chance to meet and mingle with a
designer who exemplifies this style, and also introduces the creative mind
behind our innovative new designs."
At Loloi's
High Point showroom, the first 100 registered buyers will receive a free
signed copy of Blakeney's book The New Bohemiams.

Everyone is welcome to come to meet
Blakeney, mingle and enjoy a free open bar and snacks. Following the book
signing, the celebration will continue with Loloi's annual Market Party
featuring a live band, dancing, catered food and an open bar. Party festivities
will begin in the showroom at 5 p.m.
Justina Blakeney is a designer,
author, award-winning blogger and one of the most followed design personalities
on social media. Blakeney's bohemian aesthetic emerged out of her multicultural
upbringing in Berkeley, CA. The convergence of cultures in her childhood home
gave her an appreciation for mixing things up when it came to home deÌcor. Her
degree from UCLA in World Arts and Cultures, as well as extensive international
travels also informed her aesthetic. It was this creative spirit and a love of
sharing that compelled her to start a design blog when she returned to the US
after living and designing in Italy for seven years. For Justina, decorating is
about feeling free, having fun and getting a little bit wild. This partnership
with Loloi marks Blakeney's first product collaboration in the home space.
