NYICS ANNOUNCES FIRST
ANTIQUE RUG PAVILION

West Hollywood, CA --
NYICS will introduce the first pavilion dedicated to antique handmade carpets
at its upcoming show to be held Sept. 11
- 13, 2016 at the Terminal Warehouse in New York City.
"We've been diligently building NYICS into a
destination of meticulous craft, both new and antique," stated Murtaza
Ahmadi, NYICS President. "My
mission for NYICS continues to be to create a platform worthy of telling our
industry’s incredibly beautiful and complex story of the process behind the
product. This is what will help sustain our carpet designers and craftsmen who
are struggling to compete in a world of increasing 'massification'."
