HIGH POINT, N.C. -- Handmade area rug manufacturer Kaleen brings a trio of fresh collections to High Point Market, running later this week from April 22-26, and expects the upcoming market to help the company reach an all-time record for 2017.
"We are seeing solid growth in our step up price point indoor-outdoor rug collections and expect that to carry through High Point and the outdoor selling season," said Blake Dennard, senior vice president of sales at the Dalton, Georgia rug maker, adding that Kaleen typically introduces its latest outdoor designs at October and January markets.
"While we expect our October outdoor intros to pick up additional placement at the spring High Point show, we are also looking for solid results from our three new indoor introductions: It's so Fabulous, Shades and Satorial".
Not only has the year started strong for Kaleen, Dennard thinks it could prove to be one of the company's best. "2017 is off to a great start! Our rug division is producing increases approaching 30 percent and our broadloom division is up triple over 2016. Dealers are very positive and business seems to be flowing. 2017 should be a record breaker."

Kaleen adds to its almost solid area rug collections with Shades debuting at High Point Market.

Sartorial, the latest all wool addition to Kaleen's catalog gives a nod to classic menswear fashions.
With a nod to popular menswear patterns and fashions, Kaleen introduced Sartorial, a collection hand tufted in India of pure wool, and available in seven total styles and colors. Suggested retail is $399 in 5' x 7'9".
