KAS, FEIZY AND ORIENTAL WEAVERS FEATURED IN 'FIRST LOOK' TRENDS

melange of products for entertaining, including an
in/out rug from the Meridian collection by KAS.

LAS VEGAS - During Las Vegas
Market earlier this month, rugs played a dominant role in the
semi-annual First Look vignettes presented in the Atrium of WMC Building
B. Included in the trend displays were KAS rugs in both the Tween Tech
kids' room and Happy Hour outdoor vignette, Feizy in the Holiday
Traditions dining room, and Oriental Weavers in the Merry & Bright set
inspired by a new Pantone palette called Merriment.
KAS RUGS
Pulling together elements
for casual entertaining outdoors, the Happy Hour vignette featured Kas a
Meridian indoor/outdoor rug from Kas in vibrant chevron design. The rug
features the bold bright colors that are trending in home for 2016, and
is made of UV treated polypropylene. Meriden collection rug are
hand-hooked in a hi-lo construction and retail for $299 in 5x9.

The Shelby collection by Kas
was featured in the Tween Tech room designed for a fictional set of
highly-connected gadget-loving twins. The trend includes retro space
motifs for boys and in the vignette pastels and preppy motifs for
girls.

The Tween Tech vignette gives a first look the décor for
the super-connected, including a brilliant Rainbow
Soundwaves rug by KAS from the Shelby collection. The
rug is hand-tufted of 100% polyester chenille in China.

FEIZY
According to the Las Vegas
Market trend analysts, the Holiday Traditions dining vignette mixes
Modern Equestrian and Luxe Lodge for a new take on entertaining. The rug
pulling together this melange of design influences is a glamorous design
called Saphir Zam in pewter/grey by Feizy. The rug is power loomed in a
high-low pile of art silk which lends a metallic sheen to the soothing
earth tones.

ORIENTAL WEAVERS
To illustrate the Merry &
Bright trend, which is based on an incoming Pantone palette called
Merriment, Oriental Weavers rugs from two Pantone collections were
chosen. The trend and the vignette include Pantone shades such as
Aquarius blue, Mimosa yellow, Super Pink, Orangeade and Classic Green.

The Merry & Bright vignette highlights a hand-crafted
100% wool Pantone Universe rug from the Colorscape
collection in the foreground. It is layered over a
Pantone Universe Matrix rug which is hand-tufted of
polyester chenille.
