NEW YORK/LOS ANGELES - The
organizers of The Rug Show have announced the addition of three top
names in the world of high-end rugs to the shows' 2015 roster, including
Samad, Zollanvari and Sahar Carpets.
Award-winning, New
Jersey-based Samad will exhibit for the first time at the Rug Show in
L.A., to be held March 29 to 31 at the L.A. Convention Center. In making
the announcement, organizers said, "Samad is known for its exquisitely
detailed, high-end, handmade rug creations that will raise the bar for
the show."ÂÂ
Zollanvari, another
award-winning, international firm with US headquarters in New Jersey,
will exhibit for the first time at the fall Rug Show @ Javits, Aug. 30
to Sept. 2. Zollanvari will show its nomadic weaves and its luxury
Kundan Silk collection among others.
Also new to the Rug Show @
Javits this fall will be Sahar Carpets, an international brand with
offices in Zurich, Providence, RI and Los Angeles is a must-see. The
firm will showcase fresh, contemporary designs at the show.
Organizers said that
throughout 2015, the Rug Show in LA and The Rug Show @ Javits will
deliver groundbreaking, couture rug fashions that rival anything on the
global stage.
The Rug Show is a non-profit organization founded in 2012 by a collective of like-minded area rug innovators who wanted to bring to discriminating area rug buyers, designers and architects the finest and most groundbreaking rugs available.
