IMC ANNOUNCES JULY 2019 ATLANTA MARKET VISUAL DISPLAY AWARD WINNERS; SAFAVIEH, LOLOI FETED

ATLANTA -- International Market Centers today announced winners of its semi-annual Visual Display Awards for The Atlanta International Gift and Home Furnishings Market, including are rug brands Safavieh and Loloi.
Winners were selected in showrooms and temporaries for excellence in visual merchandising and design. "The visual displays at the market are a source of inspiration for retailers and designers," said Dorothy Belshaw, IMC chief marketing and digital officer. "We congratulate the winners and applaud them for creativity and design acumen."
Loloi, which added a separate showroom for textile art and one of a kinds (above) received a summer 2019 Atlanta Market visual display award.
At its third floor AmericasMart showroom, Safavieh integrated displays of its furniture, lighting, decorative pillows, throws and accent pieces, to give buyers inspiration for cross-category lifestyle merchandising. Loloi grabbed attention for its fourth floor showrooms with displays illustrating products for its licensed brands such as Rifle Paper Co. and Magnolia Home. But the big news was a stunning showroom across the aisle from its main space, and dedicated exclusively to the company's new framed textile art collection as well as one of a kind rugs.
The Best of Show award went to Tempaper, and Best New Exhibitor was Ole Thyme Apothecary.
